Overview
This authentic Canadian rum was craft distilled from cane sugar and organic black strap molasses. It was then traditionally barrel-aged in bourbon casks and blended with pure maple sap. The result is an exquisite golden rum that provides a rich, smooth, and uniquely Canadian experience.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: The nose is clean, light with aromas of tropical fruits.
Taste: The sweetness level of this rum is off-dry with a medium-light intensity. On the palate there are flavours of oak, vanilla, and butterscotch.
Finish: Our finish is medium to long with some complexity that is warm and balanced.
