This limited-edition premium Limoncello, made with fresh lemon zest, is our inaugural liqueur with a 32.5% alc./vol.
Inspired by the wild beehives on our own organic farm we replaced the use of refined granular sugar for the softness of honey. In order to achieve the warm and creamy flavours that the vanilla provides we sourced the world's best from Madagascar. Finally, to give it a truly unique finish, we added just a hint of star anise.
The result is a truly premium handcrafted liqueur in a gorgeous black ceramic bottle that takes your senses on an exploration that you will want to share with others.
Tasting Notes
• Our handcrafted Limoncello is a clear and gold colour.
• Our nose is awoken by clean yet intense aromas of Madagascan vanilla, custard, honey, and tasty zesty lemon, while star-anise and lemon meringue flaunt their fragrances at the finish.
• Our tongue meets medium sweetness and a warming texture. The back tide washes flavours of vanilla bean, lemon, and lemongrass; teased by a little licorice.
• Our Limoncello scores a “good” on quality scales, with some complexity and a medium finish.
